We source from producers who treat cultivation as craft. We prepare with methods calibrated to the bean, not the rush. Every item on the menu reflects a decision made with intent.
This is not a coffee shop that happens to care. Caring is the whole point.

Equal parts espresso and steamed milk. Unadorned.

Microfoam-textured milk over a tight ristretto base.
